logiPD-LDW Development Platform for Pedestrian Detection and Lane Departure Warning

The Xilinx FPGA SP605 Evaluation Kit includes an industry-standard FMC (FPGA Mezzanine Card) connector to enable expansions and customizations for specific applications. Xylon has designed the logiFMC-FPD-II 4-Channel FPD-Link II FMC daughter card for use in video development systems which require up to 4 camera connections. The supported camera interface is the National Semiconductor® FPD-Link II (Flat Panel Display Link).

Included OmniVision OV09715 1-megapixel camera sensor with an active array size of 1280x800 is specifically designed for advanced imaging applications. It is connected to the National FPD-Link II serializer board to enable LVDS cable connection with the Xylon FMC daughter card.
To enable an easier lab work the logiPD-LDW platform kit includes an Avnet DVI I/O board that enables work with movies taken from a real vehicle in different driving conditions.
