About us

Xylon is an electronics company focused on FPGA designs. The company was founded in 1995, and since then it has grown into a prominent provider of intellectual property in the fields of embedded graphics, video and image processing and networking. Our mission is to produce optimized IP cores for AMD All Programmable devices and design services which can improve designers’ effectiveness, assure high performance Systems on Chip (SoC) designs and lower production costs.

Xylon IP cores, named logicBRICKS, enable users to stay a step ahead of the competition. All logicBRICKS IP cores come with detailed documentation, software support and reference designs. The IP cores are fully supported by the AMD Vivado™ and AMD ISE™ Design Suites integrated software solutions, which enables FPGA designers that are familiar with AMD tools to start working immediately. The logicBRICKS allow for configuration through a graphical user interface and the implementation of targeted SoCs without hand coding.

The Xylon team consists of 50+ highly qualified developers dedicated to production of the best quality designs in the shortest time possible. Our engineers are constantly improving the performance and range of Xylon products, while also providing hardware and software solutions for the most demanding AMD FPGA designs. Strong engineering and support teams assure cooperation with customers, which ranges from contracting to development, design, consulting, maintenance and technical support. We are able to provide full turn-key solutions.

Since the company’s foundation we have been operating globally and our design teams are accustomed to working with other developments teams around the world. We strive to provide the high-class technical support. It has been acknowledged and recognized by our European, Asian and USA customers that our competences, together with our high level of design standards, assure efficient video applications and communication solutions, as well as excellent time to market.

Xylon products are built into electronic devices which have been in use worldwide for years. They have gone through rigorous tests in the industrial production of electronic equipment in addition to the usual IP verification methods. Today we serve several markets, such as the automotive, industrial, medical and defense markets.

Xylon fosters partnerships with universities. Cooperation with scientists helps us in extending our teams for advanced algorithms elaborations, while giving support to student programs enables us to hire the best. The logicBRICKS trademark was established in 2000. Xylon is a Premier Member of the AMD Adaptive Computing Partner Program (Xilinx Alliance Partner since 2000 and a Premier Partner since 2010).
